Anxi, Fujian Province. Ti Kuan Yin, or Iron Goddess of Mercy, is deep and rich, with a delicate fruit flavour and a heady, floral aroma of magnolias, lilies and wild flowers.
Qi Shan Mao Jian
Huangshan Mountains, Anhui Province. Strong yet refreshing, this unique yellow tea comes from the Huangshan of China. A speciality of the region, this floral and aromatic tea has notes of apricot and a gentle smokiness.
Puer Tuo Cha
Yunnan Province. Aged for up to three years, this delicately complex Puer tea is balanced, smooth and lightly earthy.
Meng Ku, Yunnan Province. One of Yunnan's most treasured beverages, this bright, burgundy coloured tea is highly fermented, with a strong caramel taste that gives way to a crispy feeling on the tongue.
High Mountains, Yunnan Province. Handcrafted from the golden leaf buds of a revered Yunnan varietal. The delicately twisted leaves brew an amber coloured tea, with the aroma of rich chocolate and tobacco.
Dan Cong Shui Xian
Chaozhou, Guangdong Province. Dan Cong Shui Xian is a flavoursome and complex oolong from famous Wu Dong Mountain with dark liquor and roasted honey aromas.
Jasmine Chung Hao
Fujian Province. A skilfully made speciality green tea with the rich fragrance of jasmine blossom. The tea undergoes an arduous process of layering fresh blossoms over tea leaves several times.
Zhe Jiang, Xi Hu. Dragon Well, or Long Jing, is a variety of roasted green tea which grows in mountains surrounded by lakes. Refreshingly smooth in taste, this is amongst the best of Chinese green teas.

Fujian Province. Handpicked and crafted at the end of summer when its fragrance is most intense, Pai Mu Tan or White Peony has delicate flowery, fresh and velvety notes.
